Karen is the Executive Director and Founder of the non-profit Children’s Advisory Network. She specializes in children 2 years to 18 years with learning and language disorders, auditory processing, sensory motor issues and autism. Identification in preschools and daycare centers is also a specialty. Karen has been a therapist, supervisor, and trainer for over 25 years. She serves Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch, Castle Rock, Parker, and South Aurora.
Jamee has been a Speech Therapy Assistant in the Metro Denver Area for over 18 years. She is a graduate of the University of Northern Colorado with a B.A. in Speech-Language Pathology and a B.A. in Audiology. Her specialty is articulation and language therapy with children 3 years to 18 years old. She enjoys working with school age children struggling with reading and writing skills. Technology has been a big adventure for her as she is learning all of the many possibilities of the great speech/language/educational apps available on her iPad. She provides hearing screenings with our “Wee Screen” Team. Along with her husband, Kelly, she loves watching their five children grow and is so excited to see what they will be when they ‘grow up.’ Jamee serves Lakewood, Littleton, Highlands Ranch and Englewood.
Amy is the Outreach Specialist for this organization and has worked as a social worker for the last 12 years. She has a variety of experience in working with abused children, children with disabilities, working with low income families and managing an early education organization. Amy really enjoys getting into the community and meeting new people to build new connections for the organization! Jennifer Comstock is the secretary for the board. She is also the medical billing contractor and volunteer manager for the organization. She has been with the company since 2008. Jennifer just graduated from Western State Colorado University with a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She has moved back to Denver with her family; husband Dane, and children Cayden and Dylan. Jennifer hopes to continue her education in speech pathology. She loves working with the children and therapists.
